Dispute Resolution

We are here to ensure fair play for everyone.

At Bigjaja, we strive for smooth transactions. However, if a disagreement arises between a buyer/renter and an agent/company, our Dispute Resolution Center is here to mediate impartially.

When to Open a Dispute

  • Item Not Received / No Access: You paid for a property but were denied access or keys.
  • Significantly Not as Described: The property is materially different from the listing photos or description (e.g., wrong location, fewer rooms).
  • Commission Disputes: Disagreement over agreed agency fees.

The Resolution Process

1

Report the Issue

Open a ticket through your dashboard or email disputes@bigjaja.com within 24 hours of payment/incident.

2

Investigation (24-48 Hours)

Our team will review chat logs, transaction history, and contact both parties for evidence (photos, documents).

3

Mediation & Ruling

We will attempt to find a mutual agreement. If none is reached, Bigjaja will make a final binding decision based on evidence.

4

Resolution

Funds in Escrow will be released to the appropriate party (refunded to buyer or paid to agent) based on the ruling.
